We decided to remove the /level 30 command on Hibernia/Prydwen today. For the last few weeks, we kept a close watch on how the realms of Prydwen were standing against each others and how the realms themselves were doing and, for now, Hibernia seems to have received adequate benefit from the /level 30 command : a more active population.
