Who would you like to see in Semis?(be realistic!)

Seeing as we have either Brazil, Ghana, Spain or France if we get past Portugal.

Personally, I would like to face France as I reckon England can give them the runaround.

I cant see Ghana upsetting Brazil and Spain seem to faulter at this level every time, can see Brazils aging defence slip up against France's aging midfield.

Have to admit, Brazil and France are the old fogies now, new teams like Argentina have the pace and quality to overtake them

But realistically France seeing as Henry will want to show up toothy again he might actually have a good game

Its either 1-0 for France with Spain spending 70minutes of the match trying to tie but failing horrible (with last minute missed chance for Torres on a mano a mano duel vs Barthez ofc), or the spaniards win the frogs clear n straight with a 0-2 and a 1 sided game.


After watching 6 worldcups im too used to say goodbay at the KO stage of the tournament, cant see why this year could be different. Plus Spain has never passed 1 game duels vs a former worldchampion.


My bet is Portugal-Brazil and Argentina-Italy on semis, for a final match btwn Argies-Brazs.
