It's the system over there that is to blame. Sadly the system doesn't think it's neccessary to educate those people in anything more then the 50 states and their capitals. They don't often get a world-map with the US highlighted shown on the weatherpart of the news, they usually get a map with only the US shown.

i dont agree with that at all.. nearly 99% i have ever learnt was in my own time.. the skewl system maybe in ill repair but if they want to learn they can learn .. there is no excuse

Its not only their bad geographic skills that I find sad, its the reasons they give for 'invading' the countries they choose.

As that sad man said. 'Korea' for 'Nuklear' reasons.. a) he doesn't know where Korea is b) from the way he said it I'm guessing hes repeating something he heard from someone else to make him seem he knows what hes talking about, but really doesn't.
