I can't see the Minstrel doing something here other than to play with the Radar using Mids. At least the 2 first times he stealths when he sees them at clip range, he then moves to the trea unstealths and stealths again knowing that the Mids are looking for him elsewhere.

...and I don't think that is Excal as I've not seen those Mids befor.
