Shredder from the turtles cartoons is the best. He even had Krang, the coolest sidekick ever. I would always hope that Shredder would kill Splinter in one of the episodes. I hated that rat. The turtles were even more annoying, all I ever remember them doing is being idiots and/or talking about pizza/eating pizza. I only really watched it for the bad guys tbh.
