hmm i kited the mob to those npc's @ the 2nd screenshot.. they killed it and it insta respawned..

also the mob said:
The Lilispawn says: The abysses are calling me back!
The Lilispawn says: Where are you miserable vermin that dares summon me, so that i can feast on your soul!

so it gotta be a quest obviously

any other realm with a DF mob in their capital city?

and what is it for.. what do you get?
