Well I've read the mud slinging and I can't say I'm convinced.

I've tried extremely hard to fathom out Manisch and see where he's coming from with his threads, truly I have. He however just continues to boggle the mind, he posts excessive amounts on how other people add and zerg and play like morons and blah blah blah, yet when his own actions in game along the same lines as those he so readily speaks out against, are called into question he simply demands that said realm mate "fuck off and quit telling him how to play the game".

My only theory is that he does it all on purpose for his own amusment, even the whole calling every man and his dog a hypocrite when he clearly is the biggest in the game atm. He does it all for kicks, for the shits and for the giggles. Kudos Manisch as it obviously is at least amusing yourself.

As for the Mids, all I can say is at least they are going out there and sticking it to the enemy, which is more then I can say for Hibs atm which since their lease ran out on Berks and is now being sub-letted to Mids, have ceased to exist.

And was it not the Hibs who told the Mids to quit whining and finding excuses not to come out when they didn't have the prime port keep? I think it was.

Never wrote that someone plays like a moron. That's usually Brite's, Zebolt's and Elendar's department, thank you. I don't mind the Mids zerging like that. Solo or grouped, it usually means it's 10k RP/h and includes farming just outside of Berkstead when half of the zergs logs, so yes, the monkey thread and this is just for amusement.

GoldenAge, Eclipse/TDD and NFD atleast had a group out lastnight. Peat had a PuG running.

Due to the vulture-tactics of Mids we rarely made it to the Berk-side of the river. Probably explains why you didnt see much Hibs.

Ironically Hibs where zerging when there where 53 Hibs in HW. Now there where 106 Mids in HW at a certain time.

Our group had some decent fights tho. Was in the end somewhere around 200 Mids killed - 20 Albs. Albs didnt leave Beno-Villa-Berk because there they can count on a few friendly adds (Garbannoch & Co + the scouts)

Atleast we had some nice and long fights even though the first one got spoiled by albs (3-way fight, won´whine about it), second fights spoiled by mids (mucho whine) and apparently the third fight you played bad

Well it's the same for us Albs but then you have to turn it around as we hardly see any Hibs.
Think I have around 2000 mids killed and 125ish hibs on /title plain because since they have restarted Prydwen I've hardly seen any Hib groups out.
Only Hib group I saw yesterday was the one Puppet was in plus a few stealthers and that was it.

Hope cluster comes soon because I am getting so bored of this iRvR in Hadrian's, give more fights in all 3 realms.

lol, try run in eras - beno area. Too many mids out though, but had sum nice fights vs. hibs, and sum nice adding by Gamah and Evita.

First of all I quit yea, then changed my mind decided Daoc was something I could do in proportion.. Daoc has ruined several opotunitys (sp?) for me but I think if it was not Daoc it would have been something else. Btw little tip for you XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCalibur when a misntrel attacks your caster running round in circles doesn't work, maybe try Quickcasting stun..or anything oO

nah can have good fights and still loose. Thing was really from my PoV we played badly. Perhaps us playing badly made the fight better tho Long stretched fights are often funny.

yeh you will still be pissed off about losing but still realise it was a good fight and good play by both sides, still doesnt stop you being annoyed at losing mind

reminds me of a fight i had in random group with hibs mmg > amg emain where at the end i resorted to staff there light eld because i had no power and had used everything and was nearsighted might go watch it on fraps now ^^

I think that depends what class you play rly. I'm a Runemaster as you know and I only have one purose, deal heavy dmg quick. If it's a long and struggling fight it usually means I get interupted alot or killed alot and that isn't my idea of a good fight cuz' it just makes me feel useless. If I'm free from interupts and death the fights usually don't get classified as long and stuggling. If we lose fast it's a boring fight and if we lose after a long stuggling fight it's boring for me aswell so for me it's pretty much win = good, lose = bad.

Dunno what you think of that but that's how I feel anyway and I don't see anything wrong with that tbh..

Good fight = Zebolt entirely buff-sheared and my druid pet resisting his quickcast-root xDDDDDDD

Oh and Im quite used to loosing to be honest - being in a non-fixed group fighting zergs, fixed RR9+ groups with overpowered classes/abilities is always a good way to get back to Ligen.

Im not exceptionally skilled or have the best of the best templates, just got 1 thing going for me: I dont give up fast

Long fight = good fight for me.

It's not fun to die instantly (or well, I tend to laugh at how bad I am rather than cry) and although it's fun to insta-kill a group with bomb etc it doesn't beat a drawn out fight where I in the end am so out of power I will start staffing people.

I know where you're coming from Zebolt, because as a damage caster I feel like crap when I'm being interrupted for 30s unable to contribute anything other than the occasional quickcast. However, a long fight is often more exciting.

Having said that, see you ingame next time we're out.
