As some might know, i love a smoky whisky(etc).

The Big smoke caught my eye in the store and it didn't take long to grab the, rather cheap(37€) bottle.

Weird first impression as it's almost clear

But the taste, lovely lovely lovely. Better then sex. Well, better then sex with a non-looker atleast

Can recommend to those who like a smoky whisky.

It's made by Duncan taylor, and is a pure malt blend, so odds are it's wont be completely hopeless ;P

It's colour is due to it being young whisky thats likely been put in 3'rd or 4'th fill bourbon casks....but mostly due to age...
but when it comes to peat "just like good looks" it's most obviouse at young ages, and tends to fade with age....

also, fun fact
There's a american beer thats illegal in Finland due to it's name "Cigar city Brewing"
as god forbid it might encourage young people to pick up smoking! /sigh..
A shame as they are quite good, they make a series of beers called Humidor where they
mature the beer in cedarwood...
