Right,
Promted by Toht's Woofer thread, I thought I'd make an update on my
whisky reccomandations
- Longrow Gaja barolo 7 years cask strenght. roughly £57
(really impressed with this whisky, and you should let the age scare you one bit)
- Bowmore OMC 21 roghly £85
(This is closing in on my favorit whisky to date within price reason, soft on the nose. with a contained almost crafted explosion on the palate, that ends
of in a sweat smokie finish, love it
)
- Longrow 18 years. roghly £120
(A very distingtive whisky, that takes you on a clear cut three part journy n-t-f "in a good way")
If you want something abit special, abit different, go for the Gaja barolo for sure! I can almost garanty you taht you wont be disapointed.
