[Whine] Scroll drop rate

It is over a month now i think i have been farming Tuar Guardians and relevent mobs at that Siam-he camp to get regarding shades 3 of 3 and its starting to wind me up.

Is it true that any purple con mob in Volc has a chance to drop certain 3 of 3 scrolls? or is it better to farm the mobs i KNOW will drop it......one day

Just farm red-purple cons on the bridge east of SoM + the island and the bridge connecting to Malice encounter.

Yup i found the Taur Skopos to be the best, they are the red con taurs on the bridges, i have had most of my MT3o3s from those ones.
