if a mid choses to play a healer, he s almost 100% likely to be pacification healer from day 1. why? because it s common knowledge that mez and stun dominate and they understand their role.

if an alb choses to play a caster he s 90% likely to be wizard or theurgist.

WHY? why is every alb caster playing the inferior class. sorcerors have extreme CC (can you spell AOE root and AOE mez on QC) and the absolute best spec line single DD in their body spec.

i remember it being nightmare to organize even pve CC back in albion and things haven t changed.

Mabye cus sorc is under the same class type as cabalist, so ppl think gimp

Personally i wanted a strong caster, read about them all, caba - gimped, sorc - some pet control, theurg - pbt rox, wiz - sux compared to smite cleric

so i chose theurg

i didn't know about mezz > all in rvr until i started playing the game. prolly the same for most.

QC != Insta.

They give Sorc's Stun, aoe or even a single target one like hib casters get and insta mezz then we might be talking some kinda chance of balance. Atm its screwed.

and you cant target them fast enough when they come in with speed 5

don't "cast" at incoming speeders, they will be on top of you too quick, use an insta to slow them, then cast.

As a bard I use AOE lull - the entire inc group gets slowed(unless resisted), then I cast single mezz on healer (2.5 sec cast) if they still out of range for their insta I use AOE mezz(3.5 sec cast). Most important thing is to take the healer out before it gets into range.

as a hib ive found that the meanest grps in RvR are the mids, they seem to be able to kick butt really well due to insta AE mezz, and me (being a caster) normally eating dirt b4 i even know whats going on, with alb i actually have time to think and manage to stay alive alt easier. Ive never actually taken on a alb grp 8 albs to 8 hibs, due to them always hanging round in large gank forces. but mids are alot of fun 8 to 8. with an extremely close and exciting fight =)
