Bacon first, easy to put on bread and also it's the strongest of taste so doesn't need to be a "top taste".

Egg, depends what form, if fried egg then it should go ontop the sausages to keep the layers firmly in place.

Also, eggs taste is the least "strong" so it should be on top to give a full taste experience.

Cheese on eggs works, but if you have cheese on that sandwich, it should go between the egg and sausages. Again, taste and construct in mind.
