There are laptops with 4600's, tend to be pricey though.

Yep, the 3650 is the better of the two, replaced my desktop with a dell studio 17 which has one in. Not really played any games on it, but it seems to deal with the sorce engine very well.

Likewise there are laptops with Dual 9800M's like mine
