Hmm. Piss is a relaxing thing, just lean on the wall, spray away and whistle.

You know, ladidaa, here i am, peeing.

But poo, if it' a nice poo, not a bowel clencher or a flock of seagulls escaping from Quantanal Bay, it can be very very nice.

I think i'd have to go with a poo.

but tbh the best poo's are the planned ones, you know! A good meal, a good lager day prior to and on the day maybe throw in a few rasins or prunes in your diet the day before, and then, wait for it, now go get your favorit reading material, and well acig or your pipe if your a smoker and maybe a good cup of coffee too.. "if your tris drink this 30mins prior to your poo"

Now set up so your good and comfy, taking a piece of toilet paper and rubbing it across the top with good friction will take off the worst cold shock factor,

now sit and cheriish the moment and again take your time.

I garanty when your done, you wont know the meaning of the word stress.

definately a poo, as when you're desperate for a piss it can hurt like fuck, poo is just not very comfortable, but providing its a perfect poo thats slips right out in one and dissapears down the u-bend, that relief is good stuff
