Yaffle 0wns Bagpuss any day of the week. But he's made of wood and not a cartoon so I'd choose Ulysses from Ulysses 31. He 0wns all for his use of beard alone but the fact that his spaceship was a big eye thing with a computer called Shirka makes for uber 0wnage.
Wile E Coyote from Roadrunner and his falling off a cliff routine.
Classic.
Tom from Tom & Jerry coz he is made of steel. He would kick fook out of Bagpuss. After all that Jerry launches at him, what the hell could a cloth cat that a girl called Emily plays with do to him?
Bugs Bunny was cool, but he was a transvestite, so that makes him a bit weird.
Homer rocks, but The Simpsons is different kind of comedy from T&J or Roadrunner, so it rocks for different reasons.
1. Tom and Jerry. Taught me all I know about the frying pan over the head defense / offence technique.
2. The Simpsons. Side hurting laffs, too gags about people I've never heard of though to get No.1.
3. Futurama. Nuff said. There's a little Fry in all of us. And is it me or is myopic Lela a babe?
4. Scooby Doo. I grew up watching Scooby and Scrappy, ah the fond memories, dodgy van action though.
5. Bugs Bunny and Dangermouse. Tied for 5th place.
The best was the robot from Ulyesses!!! OMG what a cartoon that was!
Ulyesses! Ulyesseeeeeees! Searching all through the galaxy!!
Man that owned.
So:-
1. Ulyesses and his robot.
2. Optimus Prime (Coming he fucking owned, although Starscream was a big whinging bag of cool!)
3. The three kids from Mysterious City's of Gold. Come on! With the big condor and stuff?
4. Homer. Nuff said, a modern day classic.
5. Mum-ra. Come on!!! Everyone loves his 'Nyyarrrrrararagh!' during the Thundercats theme tune.
GODDAMN IT I WANNA BE A KID AGAIN SO I CAN WATCH THESE SHOWS!
Kids today have shite telly, Cheetarah kicks Po any day of the week.
This one's a tough call... I'd say a toss up between DangerMouse, Woody Woodpecker (especially the older Woody, the cross-eyed one with the fat legs), and Bugs Bunny.
Garfield rocks as it was originally intended, a small 3 piece comic strip. The TV series was utter shite and came along with Jim's evil creation, Orson.
