I looked at jolt and they don't have much in the way of news, there last update was 3rd jan. I will still use that then use 3d action planet as my source of keeping up with the latest and greatest games .Wireplay sux and games inferno i have pings over 3 times what i get on BW.

I have used jolt a number of times and the people are pretty friendly.

I find it slightly dis-heartening to see everyone ruling out Wireplay without a second throught. I've been playing on Wireplay for 2 years (and working for them for 6 months) and the community spririt is superb. Youonly need to look at the gameplay forums to see quite how active things are. Performance is not rubbish by any means, there are loads of great people and plenty going on. The Half-Life scene is much bigger than the Quake series at the moment but the Quake games still have a hardcode following on Wireplay and you can get some excellent games (I'm a big RA3 fan myself).

Jolt news is quiet on the front page as individual game news is the responsibility of each admin within their section. Try going to the game's area that you are interested in and making it your entrance page. (link at the bottom of the page).

And yes, Q3 news is slow on jolt. Cos
a) Im busy
b) There never seems to be much worthwhile going on
c) Nobody reads it?

Guess Wireplay is still suffering in rep from the BT days. Plus u must admit they have had performance probs at times

Nothing against em myself but I can't see anyone running a league as good as the BW ones (not that I'm biased )
