varul in west skona is nice around those lvls as far as i remember - kill lots of ww's and it will leave u with a good faction with the svartalf for spindel/malmo at later lvls too

Apk Emain Stlong mid zerg 24/7 get a grp and lvl on

the mobs at varulv entrance are about lvl 34-37 other places in skona might be better for your lvl, unless you want to kill those spiders that are in the first big cave, but they dont spawn as frequently as mobs in other places in skona

or ofcourse you could xp in yggdra, might get picked off by some bored stealther though
