Don't know if it's the one you're looking for, but the "Arcanium Lightning Etched Chain Helm" drops from Kleps & Klops in Arbor Glen.

My experience with the GG/AG named mobs is that they share many items on their drop tables.

This statement is based on my Braggarts farming and getting many drops from Kerise that Allakazahm attributes to Danos, Kleps/Klops, Cyrek, etc...

However, I can't be sure if this is true for the item you are especially interested in.
