It is a real shame that Game.net hasnt worked out. I hope all the people involved behind the scenes move on to other projects they enjoy. This is just really a bit of a self indulgent post at the fact that the whole reason that my clan [707], http://clan707.tk, was created and still continues was due to the availiability of Game.Net.
I dont know how many other people got into the online gaming aspect of PC's because of Game.Net but I think it was a brave move that maybe the world wasnt ready for just yet. I would hope that Game.Net appears again in the future in some form.
In finishing I should like to post the 707 server IP. The clan that was started due to Game.Net hopes to be around should it ever return. I look forward to seeing some of you peeps there as the best thing about Game.Net was the community that followed from BarrysWorld and which had some great recent additions too.
