each of the realms relic keeps has an entrance (no idea what realm your in so thats best answer i can give)
and if your albion the portal is in the ruined tower to the right of prydwin birdge

In midgard its:
one entrance in each relic keep and 1 entrance in west part of vale of mularn north of the huldu camp.))

There is one in each Relic if u "take" the gatekeeper into the relic tower u will stand just infront of the port but your realm still need to have the most keeps to be able to get in.... and the way mid's is going on raiding no other realm will ever have DF open !!! or ??
