I have 14 lvl 50's but I still have questions, thats what makes this game still intresting!!

Im not so fund of those PVE things anymore, Im working on making all my 50's to rr10L10

But I have noticed that having ML abilities can make things better. So I go for ML on my scout Baltazar Mc Gal to get ability to port back to bind point.

The reason why I ask is this:

In visionofsages.net they say regarding ML 6.10 BG stepp:

But then they say:
