I get the impression BW are being patient and waiting to update tehir servers too HL 1.1.0.6 at the same time as 1.1. This is because the server configuration stuff is in the new HL update so any servers running cs1.1 at the moment are locked in one map for unlimited time only the admincan change the map maully and that is a pain.
If you are really desperate there are loads of other servers that have it on, wireplay do so use them till BW update tomorrow

Thats from the Barrysworld news, it may be in the early hours of thursday however.
