Some pubs have a bunch of single malts behind the bar, don't think they'd bat an eyelid if u asked for a jug of water to mix which is pretty normal for serious whiskey drinkers afaik.

And spot squeezing...

Don't anyone seriously ever grow out of this.? Lifelong pleasure imo.
