Well now that I see the poll, not being able to sleep is a big one, it's just so fucking annoying knowing when you have to get up in like 5 hours and you haven't slept at all and can't fall asleep either.

I couldn't sleep last night. Watched End of Days with Arnie on TV, drank too much coffee. Went to bed at 1:30am, finally got to sleep around 4am. Just managed to doze off before the birds started going mental. Then the alarm got me up at 7am. The wife slept like a log.

Heyfever is by far the worst. Only when you have week upon week of ruined summer days do you come to realise what a curse it is. I don't get it as bad now that I am older but when I was a teenager it was a nightmare.

Definately not being able to sleep, got some pills form the doc recently, took the prescribed 'one tablet', btw the warning on the box said 'may cause drowsiness' i kid you not, well no shit sherlock.

Anywho it did nowt, so i took two, didnt really knock me out at the time, but i was like a zombie till about 10am the next day....weird

Didn't see the no sleep option before I voted. My sleeping is absolutely shocking; at least once a week it'll take me 4+ hours to get to sleep completely screwing my sleeping pattern, even when I exercise that day Only way to guarantee sleep is to get steaming drunk which aint something I can/should do everynight

jeeze whats with all of the non sleepers around here? mind you *looks at lamp* if you drink too much coffee (was it while watching end of days? cos that was on late) at night or after mid afternoon then your buggered.

stay awake all night one weekend and then spend the day doing physical activities rather than laying about drinking coffee and going "omg soo tired didnt sleep last night" then go to bed at about 22:00 that should get your sleep pattern back on track...but you kind of have to stick with the getting up and going to bed at the same time or else you nerf it.

anyway itchy arse is much worse than anything above...that or thrush, omg OMG how bloody horrible is thrush! you can tell a bloke made this poll (even though blokes do get thrush)...(yes im going to keep saying it) its not even sodding mentioned and its one of the most unpleasant things i can think of, that is non life threatening.

or a wee infection like systitus...oh man they really really really suck! they are sooo bad...and when it goes to your kidneys eugh!

i wouldn't say itches are irritation, because of the pure satisfaction when you scratch them, same type of satisfaction having a shit when you really need one. :]

There's a difference in satisfaction. If you need to poo, you empty your bowels, job done. You can't poo your stomach out. There's a limit to the waste inside of you. With an itch, a good scratch feels fab. But what if the itch keeps coming back. You scratch and scratch until the area is sore. Theoretically, you could scratch yourself so much that the bone shows.
