Saw this in the paper and was confused.
"But NI payments charged on most workers - those earning more than £20,000 - will rise in 2011 if Labour wins re-election. That would put at least £100 on NI bills of almost half of britains working population.
Does this mean £100 over a year? or £100 a month? I apologise for being so stupid, but wanted to be sure.
