As the title says whats this item?.

I found it in a template but cant figure out what it is.

Right Hand (bonus armature 1.85):
Imbue: 10.0
Strength (Cap Increase): 5
Hits (Cap Increase): 40
Dexterity (Cap Increase): 5
ALL dual wielding skills: 3
Constitution (Cap Increase): 5
Utility: 15.0
TOA Utility: 40.0
PvE Utility: 0.0

It looks to me like the stats you get from crafted sigil armour but the person has probably put them onto a spare item slot on the SC calc.

Arms = 40 hits cap
Legs = 5 str cap
Hands = 5 dex cap
Feet = 3 all dual wield skills
Head = 5 con cap
