Whats that lifetap-proc?

I (scout) was shooting a SB... on the first shot i see he gets an animation like he gets hit by a spell and in my window it says:
"You draw on your health for 50 points. You hit [name of SB] for 144 (-30).

Now i have no idea where that lifetap-proc? comes from as i never saw it before.
I checked all artis i wear again (Winged Helmet, GSV, Sharkskin Gloves, Belt of Sun, Cyclopse Shield, Fools Bow, Traitors Dagger)... but no delve-info indicating a lifetap-proc.

First thought might be Fools Bow proc fixed?.. but thats to be a DOT.. and fixed in 1.69.

Might it be the "offensive proc" from Traitors level 10?

Any ideas?

Yes, it is traitors dagger lvl 10 offensive proc.

heh that lvl10 buff is nice, doubles my SB's dmg when it goes off, tho its only a DD, which costs 50hp each time.

The lvl5 ability is a proc, creates those cool pets that lifetap each hit
