Im scared of wasps. Not bees cos they are stupid fat little fckers.. If you get one on your tail, just sell it a dummy like your playing rugby and it fcks off in the other direction. Wasps on the other hand are more streamline and craftier. They will follow you for miles.

Have seen these close up. Went into a outside toilet at a golf club in Oman and one was on the mirror above the sink. It reared up and jumped at me. At least I was in the right place to crap myself. I managed to brush it off and stamp on it, much to the amuzement of a crowd outside that knew it was in there. Still makes me shiver thinking about it.

I have a seen a picture of one bigger than those shown in the attached pics. Its back legs were on the ground and front legs were over the top of a Land Rover wheel. Usually they have only a 5" leg span. The really scarey part is the jump and will go for you if backed into a corner.
