I'm guessing the words you use are either a sexual or unpleasent innuendo but none really stand out to me as offensive.
I've no idea what Dongle means and can only think it's maybe a name for the males manhood?
As for lung batter I can only imagine you mean flem, or other nastiness coughed up by a smoker.
I suppose out of them all I can only say Smear....due to Ex-Girls having to go for the essential smear test.............but never liked my doctor or the idea of him well you know

funny lil story though, when i was at my previous job was in the office surrounded by guys who were doing the guy thing of telling funny annecdotes but thinking the only female in the room would be offended so doing a stage whisper about it and one of them said the C word, the other guys all feigned horror and looked at me whilst repremanding the guy who uttered said word.

i took a sharp intake of breath and let rip the filthiest laugh (i mean it, this was one that'd have made sid james go "ooh risque") and said "ooooh no, he said the c word infront of the only member of the company who's actually got one" man i tell you B&Q could have used their faces as a colour chart for a "crimson and associated shades" flip chart.
