What uniqe RA is most useless/trash?

Well, what Class Realm Abilty is most trash, i vote for the Thane one - Static Temptest or something, like vely expensive and does nada.

But i bet theres other useless RA's that i cant name, anyone?

Maybe except runes of decimation, pr and ichor of the deep.

volley got some use and true sight aswell. Same with see hidden, but people in hibernia/albion can off course get those aswell. They are however class dependent .
Actually dont know many special mid abilities, there is PR for healer and thats the only one i actually know..

IP, i know it does what its supposed too and it isn't a unique RA but i hate it so much. No tank should have a 100% self insta heal.

I think FA is pretty useless now.

Best ones I've found for my SB are Purge, MoP and Second Wind.

Has anyone got regeneration up 2 or more levels? I'm curious to know how much health is regenerated p/level of this realm ability

Me, first RA i went for, knowing I had a respec to come.

30 second duration, 3 second AE stun, pulsing every 7 seconds, 30 min recast time. Got it to work once in Emain, then a healer turned up and spammed AE mezz and stun anyway.

Please rename it "Chocolate Teapot"

I have regen 2. In battle it isnt noticable but you will realise it when resting. While playing my sb i was amazed how slow the hp regenarate without regen2.
