Just this week I have been noticing it's dark in the morning when I get up.

I have to be up at 4.30am :(

We're close to the equator so sunrise does not change that much. 5:40 sunrise right now. I get up at 7:30, at work for 8:30. Supposed to start at 8 am but I'm the boss of my dept. Most of my team end up making calls to the states in the evening to chase things up so we have no problem with people comming in late or going early. As long as the work gets done and customers are not complaining.

6:30 ever day, I don't start until 8:30 but I hate going to work when I haven't been up long.

About 45 mins ago (6.45am) but I'm off sick this week so what I'm doing up at this time I don't know.

I worked as a truck driver for a few months once and that required me to be at work for 4am but with an hours commute, sometimes i'd set off for work and see people queing for kebabs after a night out, such a depressing way to start a 15 hour shift.

7.30 - 8 am these days. Don't have to be in the office till 9.30, and it's a 5 minute walk from my house :D

6.25 if I can be arsed with a morning run, 7.10 if not. I get to work at around 8.15 so I have time to shower and breakfast before I start at 9. So much better than the old call centre shift days!

err depending on how I feel I get up between 7 and 11, rolling into work between 8 and 14.
normally I'm supposed to start some point before 10 am. today my alarm went off at 8 and I got up at 0855, which is a bit of a record tbh.

Get up about 8AM to be out of the house for 9AM.
My job is based from home so 9AM is effectively when I "clock on".

If I'm on an early, 6.20 am to be out of the house for 6.50am. If I'm on a late, I don't start till 12, like today, so as long as I am up by 10.30 it doesn'r matter. Nights start at 1930 so I have to be up by 1800.

I do enjoy my 2pm finish i must say it's nice getting home and knowing I have around 8-9 hours before I go to bed at around 11pm.

indeed. tbh I feel the question "what time do you go to bed" is much more apt when comparing peoples like us :)

Need to get up at 6:30...
Problem is I usually end up going to sleep around midnight and need 8 hours of sleep. Red Bull loves me :(

Pah I'm normally switching off the lights at 2am to go to sleep then I'm up at 6.45am most weeks unless I'm on a late shift and i don't need any poncy red bull.

Usually I get up around midday as I like to make my appointments in the afternoon. Sometimes my clients are completely unreasonable and ask for a morning appointment though, like today. As a result, I got up at 9:30 to be at my clients for 10am (3 minute drive). It's fucking scandalous but I'm home now and planning on having a kip to fully prepare myself for my 4pm appointment.

Before I make a joke based around the word 'client' I feel as if I should ask you what it is you do? And why you need rest before your 4pm 'appointment'?

Yes, that wasn't tremendously clear was it :). I'm a self-employed home tech support bod, installing AV, fixing duff wireless connections that sort of thing. I need to rest before my 4pm because I got up at the ungodly time of 9:30 and my body is going in to shock.

Out of bed at 8 normally. 25 minute drive and always early to open at 9. I like to get up and go in the mornings rather than potter about.
