Bright green usually means LB.

And the new particle effect probably means it dropped post 1.6something.

As a rule of thumb for guessing the home of drops....

Green : LB
Red : LB or DF
Purple Glow : DF
Blue : Pennines
No colour : ROG crap
Black, Red glow : Dartmoor/Dragon
Black, Yellow glow : Sidi
Black, other/no glow : Sidi or Dartmoor
Gold : Caer Diogel

its not a lb sword, if i hadto guess, it looks like a twyth le teg hunter sword, they r all green, maybe had effect added, im pretty sur etheres no 1hs green swords in lb, cuz the diamond toad ones r all silver, the doom sword is silver

Theres actually a lvl ~24 sword with the exact same green graphic, called Natures Charm and drops of either forest giants or those hunter like thingies in Forest Sauvage. its 4.3 speed 1H slash

Toad banes/toad avenger or whatever theyre called are both white particle fx. Theres a green sword drop from DM (just off the nameds) but don't remember the name - didn't have the particle fx when we got it obviously.
