What newspaper do you read?

The Times in college, I usually read the majority of articles though really depends on the issues of the day, I hardly read any of it today.

It's mostly for the politics. Therefore I read the Guardian too to try and get some form of balance.

As I'm currently living abroad in a country where I don't speak the lingo and there's a completely different alphabet to get to grips with (Greece), I tend to read most of the broadsheets' websites... and of course the sun!!!

The Daily Express and Daily Mail are printed out here daily, but I wouldn't even wipe my a*se with them, let alone read them!

I wouldnt touch commercial national newspapers, absolute rubbish, simply pushing the thinly veiled agendas of the paper owner(s), or/and such shallow mindless and even poisonous tat that its beneath the contempt of human beings.

For news/current affairs, i listen to radio 4, newsnight and question time (tv and radio), paper copy i read Private Eye.

so what makes Auntie Beeb and Private Eye any different to daily newspapers?

Everyone's got an agenda. You just have to see past it.

I tried to find the Socialist Worker or Morning Star in town today but couldn't, Oxfordshire is full of fascists!

the Private eye revels in creating controversy by busting politicians with their fingers in the pie etc, and therefore print stuff other papers get bribed not to. It is also very funny

Im not from the UK so obviously i dont read any UK newspaper, but then again i dont subscribe to nor read any paper at all, instead I prefer to seek out news using fiberoptic wiring and a webbrowser.

I read a danish workingclass newspaper called "Arbejderen".

If I do, it's the Sun, mainly for mindless sexy pictures (see that one of gemma atkinson in the Mars Planets ad?) and thats about it.

We're on the Internet. We are free to fill our heads with these pictures, news, serious or otherwise for absolutely free.

If I buy a paper (usually sat & monday for the football stuff) I buy the times, my parents get the times daily, but I don't have time to read it. I also "read" the sun online, and get the NLP (Non-league paper), the best paper around if you want to know who's going to be playing in the FA Vase first round

I did by a spiderman comic book a couple of days ago, that was quite a good read and made me think about collecting them, does that make me a geek?
