What made this change?

hi there,

something verry wierd has happened to my scout..

normally... when i'm using my Braggarts bow, i'm shooting at 2 seconds.
Last night i was playing, and after levelling some artifacts...
ALL changed to 3 seconds again??? crit shot and basic shot ????

Nothing changes, no stats, no resists, no equipment

what could the cause be for this?

an ingame bug?? some nerf? Goa messing with stats (joke)?
has anyone else had this same phenomena?

Yes, archery haste.

Or one of your items could have degraded from sniping too much that a haste(?) bonus fails to affect you, repair it!

Hmm noticed it a few times when I used fools bow, 2 sec shots would be 3sec sometimes, didn't happen frequently tho, I'm guessing its just some bug that pops up when switching weapons alot? Any have an idea? ;o

Didn't pay much attention to it cause I didn't use bow that much.

artifact status is ok
no bonuses lost, even gained a couple.....


my last guess would be that...

for exemple my dex would be way above the top cap (game designed), dex-cap increases included ,that would make it worse again... dunno..

All i know is that it ain't funneyh

btw, do you realize how many fellow realm mates i have saved by just killing the enemy archery/casters so the gimpy non-ranged fighters and the non-pbt wielding classese, could even enter the fight?

Dexterity in no way alters bow release speed. Top game designed cap is 447 iirc (saracen, +18 on creation, dex5, 26 dexcap, 101 dex in template, 155 buffs).

btw, do you realize how many fellow realm mates i have saved by just killing the enemy archery/casters so the gimpy non-ranged fighters and the non-pbt wielding classese, could even enter the fight?

I think its something to do with switching weapons and sometimes toa bonuses maybe not taking effect, is this posible?

pffff, got my shark morph last night, been doing that for .. four , five hours. And yeah, i can't solo a target cause i'm always around other ppl that help me get a target done.

quick and dex are the two important things on a scout, right?

was just referring to the fact that if you get a lot more then you can have... in some way it could have a negative effect again, i don't know, i was wondering.
