What is your favourite computer game of all time?

As it says above. Any format any time.

My top 5 would be:

5.) Footballer of The Year 2 ZX Spectrum
4.) Civilisation on the Amiga
3.) Frontier Elite II on the Amiga
2.) Championship Manager 01/02 (Think that was the one before 4 came out. Can't be arsed to check) on the PC
1.) Sensible World of Soccer on the Amiga

Combine Championship Manager with Sensible World of Soccer and you would have the greatest game ever.

What's the least funniest joke ever made by DMW?

Championship Manager 01/02 and Quake2. Pure class. Unfortunately a combination of the two would be mind-numbingly and insanely shite.

Very difficult.

BUT I SHALL HAVE A GO!! :)

1: Goldeneye (N64)
2: Streetfighter 2 EX (Arcade)
3: Gran Turismo (PS1)
4: Rez (Dreamcast and PS2)
5: Shenmue (Dreamcast)

Thats a list of the games i have played the longest and if i was put on a desert island and hadnt played these games before, they are the ones that id hope to have the foresight to bring along to kill the time.

What was that game years ago where there were four knights and you all walked around different areas and fought monsters and things? Could do cool beheading moves on people.

Ahh, I see.

Unfortunately, I don't have it installed on this computer as I seemed to have a problem with the night time (everything was black and white during the night for some reason - no colour).

Plus I can't actually play games at the minute on Game.net/BW (due to my own stupidity (see my thread Card Declined! Argh!)).

1. Pirates!
2. Amberstar
3. Dragonflight (oh how I'd love to see a sequel to that one... :()
4. Their Finest Hour
5. The Chaos Engine (teh rock)

All Amiga... I used to have a C64 before that but the Amiga just beats everything game wise.

Rest in piece, Amiga. :(

For me the Amiga was the most awe inspiring computer I ever bought; but I've been playing TFC and CS for years, so I must like them a lot....

Oh yes - gaslight fantasy action at its best.
I cannot even remember how many times I beat the game just to see the creepy end sequence (when F5 was not the quicksafe for teh win key and in-game movies that had been unlocked couldn't be watched without beating the actual game first... *sighs*).

Still - I wubs my PC. Games are just somewhat more sterile now... must be the whole mass market thing. :(
