Unfair Marc, this thread is pure toht baiting, because he does not wish to actually argue or debate any point. Instead he would rather, abuse -either subtle or swearing, confuse points, de-rail topics of discussion, and the best one of all -read your mind and tell you what you are thinking and doing.
