What is this bug?

It's about 5mm long and has white eyes. That hole is a screw hole.

I see a couple of them on my wall, go back half a day later and they have moved a meter or so.

I also sometimes see them in the bathroom and kitchen.

Weeks later and I don't see any insects flying around so they aren't turning into anything, they just disappear!

Any ideas?
