What is CSR?

Read on the US forums that the successful dragon raid had help from the CSRs on picking up the loot. If we do kill the dragon it will be very difficult to get the dragon loot as we have 10 groups and like 100 ungrouped fighting.

So, does anyone know what a CSR is and how we can get one.

Found it it was not easy but think I got the request for help to the CSRs. Lets pray that they aprove my request.

Balroc m8 I don't know how to break this to you but we don't have ingame CSR's - never did, never will. GOA in their infinite wisdom obviously deemed it was too much hassle/ too expensive to hire people to do it - probably not a bad idea given the language distribution on Excal.
Only hope would be to have one of the 2 head GC's literally log on specially to deal with this, may have a chance as Kemor seems like a decent enough bloke (as does the Z guy who's name escapes me)

Yes That was pretty much what I was hoping for. I did send them a long and very polite message explainging our plight.

Lets hope someone listens. It is a bit sad if the only way you can take the dragon out makes it impossible to pick the loot
