Our school is upgrading to super fast broadband...I had no idea how complicated it is. I am in charge HAHAHAHA ( what are they thinking?) Anyway during an endless meeting with BT suits and firewall suits and systems suits...they have told me to clear out 2 u's of space ready..You what?!

Embattled is right it means about a 2 inch space in yours Comms Rack. Yours Schools IT person should be able to point the way. Make sure you let them know as they might want to be there BT have a habit of just leaving stuff on the top of racks and ignoring any cable management. Some of the engineers just plug and walk away.
