About bloody time. Seems that humanity, in the last years, has become a bit indifferent to gay/lesbians and it's good.

Although we're still a bit in the "look it's fab!" phase, and probably 10% more kids turn gay 'cause it's "cool" in the coming years, but it's alright as we're heading for a future of "you're gay? so what?"

Let's try this point of view, if it explains my view better:

Kid grows up with iron maiden, led zeppelin, marlboro man, guns n' roses etc. Grows up to be a long haired whisky drinking loonie.

Now, same kid grows up with queer eye for straight guy, L word, gay parades, gay agents etc.

Not necessarily gonna grow up gay, but the stigma of "gay is bad" is less, and as such, the chances are(logically) that there could be an increase in gay people as less have to supress/get it supressed.

Yeah, my exact point was "tv shows make you gay".

Let me put it more clearly to you:

- 50s, stigma towards gays, people supressed it or hid it. Less gays.
- 80s, stigma less towards gays, peple still suppress it, but don't hide it that much.
- 00s, stigma is pretty much gone, people don't suppress it an don't hide it. More people will be inclined to "experiment" and as a direct result, more will find true sexuality.

There are gene's that make you fat, my family is living proof. Every generation in my family (on my mothers side) one of the woman is fat (like massive fat, not just podgy) and the rest (both males and females) range from dead skinny to normal. The line goes My nan, My mum, one of my sisters. Everyone else in the family - me, my brothers and one sister is dead skinny, one sister is epicly fat, my mums brothers and sisters are all skinny, my mums mums brothers and sisters are all skinny.

Exlpain that without saying there's such a thing as a fat gene.

Yeah, but that's not true. If my mum and sister sat around all day stuffing their faces and not getting exercise i'd agree, but we all have or had, as i dont live with them anymore, the same diet etc etc.
