What just happened to all of BW today? I thought it was a gonner. Glad to see its back up, though? Does anyone know what happened?

Well, the last thing I heard before it went off the air was "What does this buttond do?" I hope no one let any kiddies in.

We'e spent the day moving the entire BW setup from old to new hosts. The game servers should all be back up by tomorrow evening, but right now we all need some sleep (been going non-stop since 7am).

Does this mean that the servers gonna have another/better host?
Cause, i really have awfull ping on BW servers with my cable
I am not sure why tho, its fine on other UK servers for example jolt.
I get pings between 500 and 700 on CS/Q3/Q2 servers.


Btw. my isp is Chello (good isp, get low pings except on bw)

Level 3 were shit, new place is sweet. Just look at how fast the webby is. You should see a marked improvement.

Chello r cowboys tho. They often have problems to places but especially Level 3.

Your problems with Chello aren't due to us, it's their routing.

I had so many problems with players on Chello connects in the UT leagues and I had a clanmate who left cos he couldn't get a ping below 500 to most UK servers

I've been in BW servers with a ~50ms ping, but I've also not been in them as it wasn't worth doing
