What Driver file ?

Windows update gives me the OCT 2003 40.72 ? but NVIDIA site has newer ones 56.72 makes me confused :( . So I am using the nvidia ones, any mdownside to this, they appear to have whql certificates, why is nothing easy ?

New ones are better! Windows are slow when changing their drivers. WHQL is a stupid thing anyway. If it works it works.

Indeed, always go with the latest manufacturer drivers rather than the ones windows recommend
