Had people calling me "Corporal" all day and now its getting annoying lol might have to give it back at the end of the week if this keeps up!

Added abilities with this level up include not having to march about unless you're on a parade, and being able to mince into the troop office instead of doing a rigid thigh-parrallel-to-the-ground halt

If you had joined the Guards you would get in the Sergeant mess sooner as we had lance sergeants instead of corporal. And a Lance jack like you would have 2 stripes

Haha yea - my section commander in basic was a Grenadier Guard's Lance Sergeant, he was like the ultimate Guardsman, had loads of stories and random facts about the Guard's total machine too, last I heard he was racing lad's from 22 up Jacob's Ladder... and winning, lol

He always said he tried to train us as close to what he went through in basic as he could... needless to say it was bloody emotional! Ah nostalgia.

But yea, 100% respect to Guardsmen to be fair.
