ok heres whats up:

A complete idiot I know from school used to be in a clan with me but he was an idiot so i left. . .he is now going round using my name (or if not wearing the clan tag [DISS] and [CL]).

He is impersanating me, recruiting lame players telling them they can join without a trial and directing them to our website (they dont have private access though). He is probably giving out details of me 2.

So what i get is:
A: people asking me about DISS practices etc who are not in clan
B: millions of lamers going round wearing our tag giving us a bad name and reputation
C: My clan members all think I am an idiot until I explain it isnt me
D: People on public servers going:
"your are that . .. i saw the other day. . what a . . . . "

I have screenshots with him wearing the name [DISS]LagMeister[CL] and a picture showing status and WonID, however as its not a bannable offense what can i do?

Now its really pissing me off. If you keep doing it I will publicise the things you asked a certain person who goes to our school on every forum I know.

This is one of those situations where someone is using the remoteness of the internet to be a twat. In these situations, there isn't much you can do. You are fortunate in that you have access to him in RL.

Either find him outside of school, and kick the shit out of him, or get him in school. Obviously if your not paticurly beefy/good at fighting, then this may not be the best advice, but this is your only option.

The fact alone that they post their website name up everytime they buy a weapon means that i have done nothing woring, i can call myself what i want. also, no one puts my name or adress anywhere, i wouldn't do it to him or his photo or anything. never have. also this breaches the data protections act 1986 and the computer misuse act if you do some of them, not to mention the act of grievous bodily harm, that olly will get if he trys anything, remember olly, i know where you live, nathan lives, and your phone number etc. so unless you are gonna go and get new passports, new names and a new home, you ain't doing nothing

Also it would be impossible to prove anything if i gave out your details on the web. All I would have to do would be to go school and do it there. Most people hate you so there would be too many suspects.
