Just because a mate and I have been attempting to defeat boredom by making various music lists (Songs to slit your wrists to, songs that give you homicidal tendencies [cure wins that one hands down, with the dire dire The 13th] etc.) I thought I'd post this one here and let you all share yours. If you can't get 10, don't worry. I've got over 10 :)

  1. The Holy Bible by Manic Street Preachers
  2. Meat Is Murder by The Smiths
  3. Blackwater Park by Opeth
  4. Everything Must Go by Manic Street Preachers
  5. Generation Terrorists by Manic Street Preachers
  6. The Bends by Radiohead
  7. Lateralus by Tool
  8. Disintegration by The Cure
  9. The Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd
  10. Gold Against The Soul by Manic Street Preachers
    [/list=1]

I'm a little obsessed the Manics atm, my top 10 will change completely soon enough :)

Dear god. You've picked the number one album which contains songs on every other album. Then picked 3 songs which aren't albums, and then even better picked two other compilations that contain pretty much the same as the others and have managed to get the names wrong?

Massive fan then?

'Hey Jude' was actually called 'The Beatles Again' and was only renamed for a single US pressing. I totally forgot about the soundtrack for Yellow Submarine, and dunno what I thought the other one was. Either way go buy the albums you nause, HOME TAPING IS KILLING THE RECORD INDUSTRY.

There's no way in hell I could bring the list down to 10 favourite albums. Or anything remotely close to that number.

You're so retarded it hurts. You can't even NAME your "favourite" albums in the world ever.

They must have made such a lasting impression on you.

Depending on whether I want to pretend to be an angst-ridden 12 year old or not I could put in:

Slipknot - Iowa

but that'd be a lie as its a big pile of nonce.

(as is Cradle of Filth but they're funny - really cool till daffy starts singing)

(In no particular order)
American Head Charge - The War of Art
is pretty good in that genre (take slipknot, teach them how to sing/play/write music)
Tenacious D - Tenacious D
Travis - The Man Who
System of a Down - Toxicity
Teh Beahtuls - Sgt. Peppers
KMFDM - Kmfdm
Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness
Craig Armstrong - The space between us
Blink 182 - Take off your pants and jacket
Saves the Day - Stay what you are

(this is my ten most favourite at the moment - it'll change in 5 minutes ;))
