There will always hopefully be decent bands around, wether or not they have to be underground. I don't get the whole 'metal won't be good if it gets too popular' thing. I would much rather hear it on radios and TV than any other form of music most of the time. And as im the mildly argumentative type I feel a need to retort to the first section of your reply by informing you that I do infact listen to a good few 'underground' bands.

Hmm also pissed off now cause Hate eternal not playing London next week anymore. :/ Gotta live with Nile / Unleashed / Behemoth / Incantation / Soilent Green / Blood Red Throne.
