Between The Buried And Me - Ad a dglgmut

It's so damn hard to peg this cd. It has two brilliant tracks stuck in a really generic albeit wellplayed grind/death/metalcore mix. But on two places of the cd the songs slow down and manage to almost touch the brilliance of Opeth.
Now if they only could do an album like this track and the other brilliant track of the album Mordecai there next album spank loads of buttocks.

Amon Amarth - Siegreicher Marsch (Victorious March)

This is a sort of funny track, you see this is an old amon amarth song, but they re-recorded it in german (the band is swedish and the original track was in English). And I actually prefer the re-recording since the production is so much better. :p

High Contrast - Racing Green

I really wish I hadn't ignored D&B like I had with hip-hop for so long...

Anathema most certainly do NOT suck (imho)! Parisienne Moonlight is a lovely haunting piano piece and Anyone, Anywhere is another choon. I'm an absolute sucker for the piano, it's clearly The Best Instrument Ever (TM).

Anyway, VAST - I'm Dying.

Yeah, silly grindcore bands. Kudos on the piggy growl though.

Entombed - But Life Goes On

Classic!
