Amazon.co.uk: Grip Trainer - Powerball 250hz Pro: Sports & Leisure

Keep seeing these things on Amazon and I have no idea what they are for, reading the details doesn't really explain to me other then they vibrate and you hold them.

Anyone got one, and why have you got one?

its a gyro thingie. you have to make it spin via velocity or smth, its quite addictived. basically you make the ball inside spin around and with movements with your wrist and arm in the right speed/motion will make it spin faster and faster, you will then try and set a highscore of rpm's

I have one of these.

When you spin it, it pretty much feels like you have a weight at the end of a piece of string, and the faster you swing it, the heavier it feels.

Why have i got one? i like gadgets... and it's actually quite good exercise for your wrist and forearm.

it's often used by fysiotherapists, for people with wrist problems.

Not sure what they are, but I bet they smash into hundreds of pieces if you threw one really hard against a concrete wall.

Binky, nice try, but no way you're doing the "great deed" around here.

I just remebered my password this morning. Its been a while, so i'm not quite upto speed yet. To be honest, i've seen these powerballs before, but was too confused (lazy) to follow it up.

Ah, the hair... erm, well. sorta. Had to get the ole barnet trimmed a few months back, i now look like a young james may (top gear). Or a 70's headbanger (not too posh to mosh)
