Actually, we didn't try to kill the Stones until all 3 realms were 'betrayed' at the tower in Emain.

Then, with a small group and the, err... female event PC (can't remember her name) we went around killing all the Stones, with myself being the highest level there for most of it (lvl 28 Armsman).

And after heading back to Emain, we had dragged the idol back to the Alb PK, and managed to kill it, which the Mids failed to do

Of course, it was the Mids who started the fighting at the tower in the first place...

Hehe, no. I had an alt in Alb back in those days, and spent some time there too. I stopped by the crossroads outside the village just outside east Camelot gates, can't remember it's name atm. There were the prophet and his stone. Believe you me when I tell you there were lots of graves around it. I even saw your realms highest level players grave there. Dtm I think his name was. (Dtm and Licker were quite feared in those days. ) Now, quite soon after one of the stones spawned in, a runemaster of our realm, in my eyes quite foolishly, slew it. I'm not sure if there were any more in her group, but that doesn't matter. Jenna Jameson was her name btw. Still plays here on Pryd/Mid to my knowledge.

Oh, and the "who attacked first" question will always depending on which side you were playing in the event. From our side we thought that the Albs attacked first, quite natural psychological behaviour.

For the record...

I started it. Taoazan teh lying evul necromancer betrayed us, and like a true Midgardian, I hit first, and asked the corpse questions later.

I must say, I was amazed that there were so many of Midgard carrying the staff of peace...but I just KNOW they all had their packs crammed with weapons just itching to have a rumble.

Can't you make an emergency situation for those ruined events? Like when someone attacks you,quickly set yourself to lvl 70, remain a grey con and then go in some kind of npc-frenzy-mode and gank the shit out of those mids
