After more than 10 hours of intensive battles and siege Midgard is once again free from the influence of our foes.
Today you have shown that you got the endurance and the discipline to take on both Albion and Hibernia at the same time.
We were outnumbered most of the time at Bledmeer but you didnt give up and in the end the keep was not much more than a heap of loose bricks with some smashed Luri's in between.

Special thanks to Krarrow and Risingstorm for leading us in this epic battle.

Shame that 99% of albs and hibs were fighting at Dbehn and still are. Grats for killing 2 or 3 albs and hibs :)

Behn was mad - albs and hibbies had some uber fights which have only just finished (I think).

Grats to albs for making some headway into hib

Grats to hibbies for working hard and in a united way to beat them back

Grats to middies for getting together and taking the time and effort to re-claim their keeps.

A good evening all round.

You havent been there so why talk shit? We had Hibs in the centerkeep, Public Enemies in 1 of its wall towers and lots more Albs in our back. Not something I call 2 to 3 Albs and Hibs.
Why do you think it took 7 hours to take Bled alone? Not counting another 2 to drive the Albs out of Bled1.

Yeah, quite impressive if 100+ enemies (which the guardspam reported) is just 1% of the albs and hibs! =) You guys really can muster a zerg! :p Dbehn mustve been quite crowded!! =)

The guard count may well have been 103 at one point but to be fair when Behn came under attack most headed back that way to defend.

I checked the Odin's bg that was up and also /who Odins and could only see 4 peeps there (maybe a few /anon or not in the bg). So I am guessing that you prolly had a mixed night - quite a few defenders at one point and then it dropping off some.

Thats Hibs yes? If so I can confirm that. There were not many Hibs left in the end. The 100+ was Albs in Bled 1.

We were sandwiched and attacked in the back by Albs several times so in the end we decided to just shoot the Center Keep to pieces and smoke out the Hibs inside with catapults. It worked and after that we had only to deal with the Albs.

I have no doubts there were far less defenders, no way we can succeed against even half our numbers when that half is made of PE and high RR hibs, plus the best siege defense classes in game (not just animists, loved that necro aiming for your groups during the big tower siege and the smart theurg pet usage, and let's not even start with the scout on a level 10 tower roof ... kinda makes one want to /reroll realm), and our BG for the bigger part was made of low RRs and blue cons.

To have some decent chance to fight back we'd need twice your numbers - which explains why only 50 out of 250 mids really cba doing rvr atm.

That was brilliant fight to be honest. Was in that group myself with my sorc most the day, think there was 5 public enemy members and 3 that weren't. Was a most interesting fight. Inside 1 hour the group had 250+kills then suicided out because some people bored with killing rezz sick people constantly.

There was 2 groups of us albs stuck inside in the end (AoD jumped in on our hideout eventually) and somehow we managed to hold out for a long time even with mids and hibs surrounding our tower. One point we had mids to the right and below. hibs to the left and above and it was absolutely hilarous 3 way fight. Complete mayhem, it how it should be :D

Well done though mids, i logged early as i was bugged and kept turning into a hib (very strange and waiting on reply about that) which made game unplayable for me. But glad you got together, lets hope you can continue on from here.

Good work middies :) We tried to get all the alb forces to hib, refusing to do anything in midland with our bg ...... we had around 55 albs in hib and there were 40 odd in mid .... couldn't figure out why, lol :\

Yeah mids that some new found "realm-spirit" for you all. Really nothing a well organized group(/zerg) cant do.

Keep it up. And remember 1 thing. Have fun !

Seems that the late kick in the head cleared all those dwarwen ale fumes of the troll heads and some serious action is rolling again.
